Your friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff. Everyone was outstanding from the maid, waitress in breakfast room to bellman. Antje was particularly helpful to us in finding our way around the city and arranging our tours etc. Renate was very helpful before our arrival to set up our shuttle from the train station to the hotel.

The Tigra is a great place to stay, having very comfortable accommodations with a very friendly and professional staff. Our stay was an excellent experience.
