• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room or apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Buffet breakfast is included in the price and daily served from 07:00am until 10:30am.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can settle the bill at the check-in.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are five floors and we do have an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  There are quiet and private rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not have.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Two apartments on the first floor have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do: on two floors there are non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
  There is a satellite TV in all the rooms, with more than 30 channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We do have an Internet corner for the guests.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking lots are available nearby, at an extra charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Please contact the reception desk.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Vienna Schwechat.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We organize transfers from and to the airport by a taxi company.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Westbahnhof, if you come from Germany or Südbahnhof from Italy.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  We provide sauna and massage on request.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  The "Cafe Intermezzo" offers lunch from 11:30am until 2:30pm and a buffet from 6:00pm until 8:00pm.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
