• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from midday, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast with coffee & croissant is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The bill is always done upon arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak German, English, French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 9 floors and we have 2 elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all our suites are quiet and private.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, but we have a Japanese Garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have non smoking rooms on 7 floors.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
  Yes, there is a satellite television in each room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a direct dial telephone in each room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is a free air conditionning in each room, working during summer months.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have a business corner with Internet access and it is free of charge.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have a garage in house available at extra charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at the reception desk.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Vienna International Airport, Schwechat.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Praterstern.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, there is fitness room.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small dogs are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but we have a bar and a "boutique gourmande" with a self service area open 24 hours where you can buy food and drinks.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, that is possible in every suite. Some are additionally equipped with WLAN.
