• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included in the price in the city corners and in the metropolitan suites. It is not included in the style and lifestyle rooms.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, Italian, French and Norwegian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 6 floors and 2 elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our rooms are very quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do have 3 non smoking floors.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV with international channels in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
  
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is. It is individually controlled and free of charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not but there is wireless connection in the whole building.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Garage available close by.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In the city center or Vienna Schwechat airport.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Wien-Schwechat, 25km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not but we can organise upon request.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Wien Südbahnhof, 5 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, fitness center and sauna.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is an Italian gourmet restaurant called "Sapori".
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can. We provide w-lan Internet access.
