• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  All prices are per room, per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  We offer a rich buffet breakfast, which is included in the room rate.
  Hotel guests are pampered not only by the luxury of their rooms but also by the hotel food. In its absolute "pamper-you" approach, the treats start with the copious breakfast buffet including wonderfully healthy rolls and bread, freshly pressed fruit juices, "Sekt" sparkling wine, wake-you-up espresso coffee, salmon - and all that at no extra charge! There is, of course, also a "healthy" menu for the sport- and fitness-minded. We indulge our clients with assorted breads and breadrolls, homemeade biscuits and cakes, jam, honey, cereals, austrian cheese, assorted kind of sausages, assorted egg-dishes at clients option, roasted bacon, roasted sausages and roasted vegetables, typical viennes browned omelette "Kaiserschmarren" with stewed plums or apricots, assorted kinds of juices and freshly squeezed orange juice.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The bill can be settled on arrrival or departure day. All bookings need to be guaranteed by credit card.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Our reception team speaks German, English, French, Italian and is at your disposal 24 hours.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The hotel has 07 floors and two elevators for guests.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Our hotel is located directly in city centre opposite of the famous St. Stephan's Cathedral. All guest rooms have been completely renovated and have triple-glassed windows(very quiet). The hotel also have rooms facing the pedestrian zone and rooms to the yard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The 7th floor is our exhibition floor. There is one suite "deluxe" with roof terrace(34 sqm) and view to the Cathedral. In summer time we serve breakfast on the terrace without any additional charges.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  On the same floor we also have three double rooms "deluxe" with roof terrace (12 sqm) and the excellent view. In summer time we serve our guests breakfast on the terrace without any additional charges.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We have 3 floors which makes a total of 30 non-smoking rooms. At our hotel bar and breakfast area "ara-gall" we offer non-smoking areas.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All our rooms are outfitted with flat-panel screens, we have 37 international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All rooms have direct dailling telephones. The cost of national and international calls will be automatically added to your room invoice.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All our rooms are equipped with a self-adjustable air-conditioning system, the system is free of charge for 365 days.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We offer High-Speed internet accsess in all our rooms free of charge. Our guests can also use our Internet corner in the hotel lobby, which is offered free of charge too.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Unfortunately no.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Our hotel offers a garage service, which includes the pick-up and return of the vehicle from and to the hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Our front office team is happy to help with car rentals.
  In the city center or at the airport there are car rental offices.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Vienna International Airport Schwechat, 32 km from the hotel, approx. 30 minutes with taxi or public transportation (station of public transportation in front of the hotel).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We offer a taxi service for an extra charge from and to the airport. Reservations on request.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Wien Mitte is the nearest railway station (1 km)approx. 15 minutes walk. Best is to take the metro line U3 two stops to Stephansplatz and take the exit Stephansplatz.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  On the second floor you find our fitness area "Sport-Sauna-Relax". The wellness oasis with light therapy sauna and chill-out room also offers highly trained therapeutic masseur service on request.
• Are pets welcome?
  Unfortunately no. However guide dogs are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  The stylish hotel bar is called "ara_gall" and a favourite meeting place for cultivated communication not only among hotel guests. The young team behind the bar will conjure up delicious drinks and cocktails for every taste and occasion. Shaken or stirred, however you want it.
  Our bar offers snacks from 12.00 hrs to midnight. Nearby you can find numerous restaurants with typical Austrian and international specialties.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  We offer High-Speed internet access in all our rooms free of charge. Internet point free of charge at the reception.
