 The hotel is located in the center of the city. Our street is a side street of "Kärntner Strasse", the pedestrian zone. From the hotel, you walk in about 3 minutes to the Opera House, 5 minutes to the Imperial Palace and 5 minutes to Saint Stephans cathedral. Other sights can also be easily reached from our house and the nearest subway station is "Karlsplatz" by the Opera House. Restaurants and shops are all available nearby. |

By plane:
From the airport take the CAT-train to "Landstrasse/Wien Mitte" and then the subway U4 to "Karlsplatz". From there, you can easily reach the hotel on foot. From the exit of the metro, cross the street and follow Kaerntner Strasse. Go straight on, until you reach Staatsoper and Hotel Sacher, on your left. Go straight on and turn right in Krugerstrasse, where the hotel is on your left at number 11. If you prefer, we will be delighted to arrange a shuttle service from the airport, at an extra charge. Please: the best is to ask upon reservation!
By train:
From "Südbahnhof": take tramway D to the station "Oper" (Opera House). From there, take Kaerntner Strasse and then turn right in Krugerstrasse, where the hotel is on your left at number 11.
Coming from Westbahnhof: you can easily reach the hotel with a short taxi ride, which will bring you in front of the entrance. If you prefer, take the metro, line U3, direction Simmering and get off at Stephansplatz. From there, on foot: take Kaerntner Strasse and go straight on, until you find Krugerstrasse, on your left and the hotel at number 11. |
