• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  A buffet breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can or on departure, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  German, English. A little of Italian and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 6 floors and we do have an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  There are quiet and private rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not have.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not have.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We do not have any specific non smoking rooms, but we freshen up the rooms very well after each departure.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not, but in the summer months all rooms are equipped with a ventilator.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not have, but an Internet cafe is just across the street.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  A public garage is available near the hotel. For our guests we have cheaper garage tickets.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Hertz, Avis and Europcar are close to our house.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Airport "Schwechat" in Vienna.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can arrange a transfer, but at an extra charge.
  
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Südbahnhof.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Dogs are allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  The laptop-computer can be connected to the telephone outlet, but we can not guarantee that it works for the Internet.
