• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 11am. Our reception is open till 9.00 o'clock p.m., if you wish a later arrival, please let us know. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room, per night.
  
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Buffet breakfast included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 3 floors served by a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our rooms are very quiet and romantic, recommended also for honeymooners.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV with the main international channels in each room (BBC, CNN, Rai Uno and so on).
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not but we offer free w-lan in every room
  and in the common areas.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Free off-street parking or private garage (extra cost).
• Where can we rent a car?
  Ask the front desk.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Schwechat Airport (40 min. by CAT).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, usually we do not provide this service but we can organise upon request.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Westbahnhof (6 minutes by Underground U3).
  
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not but there is a fitness center close by.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, pets are welcome but please inform us about your kind of pet (dog, cat..) and size! Extra charge.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
