• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room, per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Buffet breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  German, English, French, Italian, Hungarian and Polish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 6 floors, elevator is available from the first floor where you find the reception.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our rooms are very quiet and have a unique Viennese flair.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, some rooms do.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do, on request.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not but fans are available.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  The access is possible by telephone line if the guest has a contract with an internet provider. Charges per impulse as a telephone call.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, garage available (extra charge).
• Where can we rent a car?
  Directly at the reception.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Vienna Schwechat airport (approx. 25 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do, on request.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Westbahnhof, approx 1 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, pets are welcome (extra charge).
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not but there are many restaurants in the area (2 min. walking distance).
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
