• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room, per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, our buffet breakfast is included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  German, English, Russian, Italian and Turkish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 4 floors and a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are romantic apartments for honeymooners.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens, towels and bathrobes are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not but we do have a common terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a Sat/TV in all apartments.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is air conditioning only in some apartments. Please advice at reservation if you prefer an apartment with air conditioning.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Westbahnhof.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Vienna Schwechat airport (20 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do (prior arrangement, extra charge).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Westbahnhof (1 km).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can. We offer w-lan in all rooms.
