• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast buffet is included in the room rate.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No, upon departure only.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  German, English, Spanish, French, Italian, Russian, Czech.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 8 floors and we do have a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  There are quiet rooms, facing the courtyard. There are also very romantic junior suites.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not have.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  From March 2006 there are 5 rooms with balcony facing the city center.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do have non smoking rooms available: please make a special note when you do your reservation.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a satellite TV with news and movie channels and
  Pay-TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  There is a ISDN telephone with voice mail and analog modem ports (RJ11).
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Wireless LAN is available in all public areas.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There is not a swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Garage parking is available in the nearby Öpark-Garage at Südbahnhof, opposite the hotel at 50 m. Special conditions for guests.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Opposite the hotel Prinz Eugen there is a car rental office.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is VIE-Airport Schwechat at 23 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We do have a pick up service from the airport, please send your request (where and exact time of arrival) to our concierge.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  South station (Südbahnhof) opposite the hotel at 50 m.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small dogs are welcome at no extra charge.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not, but we recommend a nice restaurant nearby at 50 m.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  You can: a dataport access RJ11 is available on telephones.
