Reservations can be cancelled one day prior arrival (local time). Cancellations made after will be charged for the first nights stay. ***** From 29.12.2010-03.01.2011: Reservations can be cancelled 14 days before arrival. Cancellations made after will be charged to 80% of the whole stay. In case of no show, the whole amount of your stay will be charched.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 24 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
