Nice,quiet,clean,near the centre-very good value for the money spent.Iwould strongly recomend it for people who like to stay in quiet,simple,unexpensive places .

For low to mid budget travelers, I would recommend this hotel to my friends. I had no problems and don't have any complaints during my stay there. In addition, breakfast was good which was nice. The other travelers that stayed there (ranging from all different age groups) were also nice and respectable.

Very clean, staff polite, near the centre of the town and the metro station, makes the difference with the garden it has! I would say good prices for its quality! And very close to the prater, the biggest and very beautiful park in Vienna city!!!

We forgot the bring the direction with us, but we found the place very easily, since it is close to Praterstern U-bahn station.

The room was big, bright and clean (except for the shower curtain they really should change for some glass...), very similar to the pictures on the web site. I was surprise to see that the staff washed the floor everydays in the room and not only in the bathroom as they usually do in hostel. The breakfast buffet was really poor: some kind of very cheap meat with bread and untasty industrial cheese, some slice of melon, coffee and tea... Eggs and orange juice were at extra charge while most hotel offer at least hard eggs and concentrated orange juice. If it was not included, it wouldn't worth paying for it... The localisation from the main attractions is fine (it worth buying a 24 to 72 hours transportation card since they are spread all over the city...). In all, we enjoyed our stay at Praterstern and we would certainly recommend it.

Hostel for low budget travellers. Suitable for a familly. We have seen better in the same range of price but we have seen worst, so I would describe it as average (for the cleanliness, the facilities, the localisation and the breakfast buffet).

Nice, familiar hotel in the centre of Vienna with good value for money. Public transport facilities are very close to the hotel.

It is a very noisey place
Lots of street noise
Lots of people noise late at night
Loud noise from people drinking and carrying on late at night out in the garden
For side street there was lots of traffic

Clean rooms
Close to transportation but would not stay there again
