It is a nice and quiet hotel. Just a couple of minutes away from the metro station 'Zieglergasse'. People are nice and polite. The room and the shared bathroom were very clean, as well as the entire place. The small courtyard in front of the entry door has something magical. It was our best stay in Vienna.

Fantastic breakfast buffet!
Paint peeling in a few places in the WCs, but overall a very comfortable, well-maintained property.

A great place to stay if you are on a budget, especially if you don't mind sharing a toilet and shower. The food and service are both excellent, and the room was very large, clean and comfortable. I'd definitely recommend Pension Kraml as an affordable alternative to the big Vienna hotels.

Super Pension! Near Westbahnhof, near the bus station, near the airport, near the metro station, near the shopping center.
But the most important - very clean, very quiet, pleasant atmosphere in the room and in the breakfast room.
Next time in Wien I shall choose Pension Kraml.

Lovely spacious rooms, good value for money.

The photos posted on the website showed the rooms from the most advantageous viewpoint. I was disappointed when I saw what my room looked like, but it was satisfying anyway.
