Polite, welcoming receptionist, allowed us to choose room.

beds are not comfortable- very bad mattresses, tv located on the side of the bed (not on front), no cattle to boil water in room.
...
Central location, close to underground and trams, small dining room,- sometimes needed to wait for table, 'ok' breakfast. Fair deal for price.

We had inquired specifically about internet use with our own computer. Though the staff was very helpful, it was difficult to connect to the internet and eventually we could 'send' but not receive from yahoo. Improvement in internet capability would be nice.

This hotel is well located to the ring that circles the old city of Vienna. Our own room, #109, must have been the best and it certainly meet our requests of quiet with a good view. If you need internet, be very clear about what you will need to determine what can be provided.
