• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, and it is a buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Usually the bill is settled at the departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  German, Italian, Russian, English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 2 with no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, but we have an internal courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, some of the rooms.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms have satellite television.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All rooms are equipped with direct dial telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There are a garage or parking availability on the street.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We can arrange it for you.

  Schwechat Vienna airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.

  Westbahnhof, Franz Josef Bahnhof.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
