We arrived at 11:00 AM and check in was at 1:00. We waited about 15 minutes while they were cleaning the room and was able to get in early. Fantastic!

Very accommodating. We left in the middle of the stay (and returned). It was no problem. Pension Anna allowed us pack up our luggage and leave it in our room. We also were able to keep our room key because we were coming back late (we were given the same room on our return). When we came back, our luggage was safely locked in the office which was retrieved immediately.

Excellent location. Stress located on quiet street but it's close to main shopping street and UBahn. 5 minutes to get into center of city. Very safe.

Clean, comfortable, good breakfast, good location, affordable.
People need to understand what a Pension is and not compare it to an American 5 star hotel. Pensions are low key, charming. I don't need a plush hotel - I'd rather spend my time and $$ outside the hotel room!

Very good and quality high place, very easy reachable by public transport and very close from the centre of the city. 10 minuts from museums.

Pension Anna was a cosy property with clean and comfortable rooms, but not very spacious.
The staff was very kind and friendly.
The new year's eve, we found two bottles of sparkling wine and chocolates in our room which makes us happy.

A very good area for tourists to stay in Vienna; close to center, museums, shopping and airport connections.
