  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 1pm until 10pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    All prices are per room (not per person).
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Breakfast is always included in the price. We offer a very varied continental buffet breakfast.
  • Is heating included in the price?
    Yes, it is.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, but we always require a guaranty (credit card number) with the reservation.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    German and English spoken.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    The main part of the Pension is on the 1st floor and we have 5 rooms on the 2nd floor- an elevator is not available.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    All our single bedrooms are facing the courtyard, therefore are very quiet.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    Yes.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    No.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    No.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Yes.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    Yes, we offer cable television with approx. 40 channels including also international channels.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    All rooms are equipped with direct dialling telephone.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    Our house has no air conditioning, but in summer we provide fans to all the rooms, we do everything to keep them cool!
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    We are a Bed & Breakfast. Close to our house there are a lot of nice restaurants. Recommendations you will get at the reception.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    No, we do not but all rooms offer free access to wireless LAN, you just need to bring your laptop.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    We have a few parking places in our courtyard but reservation is necessary.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    You will find a car rental office at the train station Westbahnhof (5 minutes from our house).
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    The Vienna International Airport in Schwechat.
    It takes 35 minutes to get there.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    There are taxis at the airport, a bus or public transports which are running frequently to Vienna city.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Westbahnhof railway station (1,4 km).
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Only dogs (no other animals) are allowed, but not in our breakfast area. Please always inform us with the reservation about your dog.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No, there is not but we are surrounded by all kind of good restaurants! Please ask at the reception.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, you can. We have wireless LAN access for free in your room or anywhere in our property.
