The staff was very helpful and gave us great advice on what to see and do while in Vienna. Very friendly and courteous!! ... The location to the main sights in Vienna was perfect for us - within walking distance with wonderful directions from the hotel staff ... Very nice to be able to leave our luggage at the hotel until we left for the train station in the afternoon. ... Would be nice to have better directions to hotel from train station for people who do not know the city. Should definately include the great location to market and walking distance to important sights to see. ... A wonderful experience. I would definately suggest this hotel to everyone for its clean, comfortable and classy atmosphere. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about Vienna and we appreciated the access to the internet. The breakfast buffet was delicious and filling in a very relaxed atmosphere.

Very positive. ... My only negative comment was that smoking was allowed in the hotel lobby. Very annoying! ... None ... None ... Great location, good clean and spacious rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. Also breakfasts were great. However, smoking is allowed in the lobby.
