  The price is per suite per night.

  Breakfast is included and it is "a la carte".

  Yes, you can.

• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 3 floors and we do have 3 elevators.

  There are very private and romantic suites.

  Most of them do have.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Most of the suites do have.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a TV in all rooms and there are international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is at no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  There is a W-Lan in the whole house, high speed Internet connection.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Coburg Spa open until 11pm, but it is also open on request.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, it is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the reception.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Wien Schwechat.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do have.
