We had a lovely stay at the Opera Suites.
Staff was very nice and helpfull.
Rooms were spacious and very nicely decorated. Bathrooms were brand new.
Over all we realy liked it, it was an excellent place to stay.

The name of the hotel and the number are very hard to see. We walked past without seeing it.

The hotel is very hard to find because there is only a tiny little sign outside and after you get inside there is no indication of where to go.

maybe mention that it is a very samll hotel
...
that it was very nice and that the receptionist was exceptionally helpful and freindly

Very clean appartments and our stay was comfortable. Excellent location on Karnterstrasse.
An expensive TV set was installed, but it was very difficult to operate.
The elevator did not work aprt of the time.

I had to check out early so your staff finalised my bill the day before

nice, quite and clean place, safe for women travelling alone
