Easy and friendly.
...
I have to say, I cannot fault this hotel at
all. I had a wonderful experience. The staff
was always very helpful, the rooms immaculate
and good size,the location was in a wonderful
part of town, off the very center but within
walkig distance to everything. The
neighborhood was full of character and the
street the hotel was on was peaceful. The
overall style of the hotel was modern and
chic.

I recommend this hotel to everyone for a nice stay in Vienna. Next time in Vienna I'll go again in K K Mari Theresia
