• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 8am until midday, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The price includes buffet breakfast.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  German, English, Mandarin, Cantonese.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  All our rooms are on half floor (Mezzanin), and we do not have elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The rooms not facing the street may be quieter.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, tv-cable with international programms on different languages.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We can offer a special price for the parking near the Hotel. There is also a public parking at 200 meters from the Hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There is a car rental at 5 minutes by underground U2.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Airport Schwechat.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, on request.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Westbahnhof.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
