• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The rates are quoted per room and night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The mentioned rates are including our extensive american buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You can settle the bill upon arrival, prior to arrival or upon departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, Italian, English and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 4 floors and 2 elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Most of our rooms have a view to our wonderful garden of 400 m2 in the inner court.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, but with the end of 2006 we will finish our renovation works on the 5th floor and are pleased to offer 4 Suites with Terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We have 2 non-smoking floors.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV with international channels in each room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  We are offering individual air conditioning control regardless of the season.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  All our rooms are provided with high speed Internet access free of charge as well as wireless keyboard for an extra fee.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  We do not have a swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Garage and valet parking service are available for an extra fee.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the front-desk.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  VIE Wien Schwechat.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We provide a private Limousine Transfer.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Wien Westbahnhof 4.2 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  We have a fully equipped Fitness Centre with treadmill, bicycle, Elypse (Crosstrainer), Multi training equipment, floor mat, and weights (short bar-bell), Sauna and Saunarium, Rest room, Changing rooms and Shower, Massage (additional charge). Daily from 06.30 till 22.00.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Nemtoi Restaurant & Bar.
  
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  All our rooms are provided with high speed Internet access free of charge.
