• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The rates are quoted per Apartment and night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Our small continental self-service breakfast is included in the rate.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The bill will be settled at the Levante Laudon upon depature.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  German, English, Italian and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The Hotel has 4 floors and 2 elevators are available.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Rooms to the courtyard and the park are very quiet, rooms facing the street are sometimes a bit noisy, but the street is not busy at all.
  
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We offer smoking and non smoking apartments upon request.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a cable TV with more than 30 international channels in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is no air conditioning.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have a cooperation with a Garage near by.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At our front office.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Vienna Schwechat International Airport (20 km).
  
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We are pleased propose you our private Limousine Transfer for an extra fee.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Vienna Westbahnhof, at approx. 2 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Your pets are welcome for an extra fee.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  All rooms do have high-speed Internet connection through LAN cabling, free of charge.
