• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Our rates are per room and per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  There is a buffet breakfast, and it is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  German, English, Italian, Russian, Serbish, Croatian, Bulgarian, Slovakish, Polnish,.,.,French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 5 floors and 2 elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are quiet, especially those on the garden side.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  There are 4 rooms with balcony and view over the garden.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms have satellite television.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking available for an extra fee.
• Where can we rent a car?
  The reception can help you with it.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Vienna Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.

  Wien Westbahnhof.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, there is Internet access in 80 % of the rooms, but you need a network card and a lan cable.
