- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 2pm until 10pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
All our rates are per room. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Yes, breakfast and all taxes are included. We offer buffet breakfast, but not hot dishes, beside soft-boiled eggs. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes you can settle the bill on arrival. Please note that the hotel reserves the right to check the credit worth of credit cards, which were used as guarantee for reservations. Reservations with invalid credit card details will be cancelled. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
Our staff has knowledge in German, English, French and Italian. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
We have 3 floors in main building and newer building. In main building there is 1 elevator reaching every floor and also reaching 1st and 2nd floor in newer building. The 3rd floor in newer building is reachable only by stairs. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
We have a lot of quiet rooms, non-smoking rooms and cosy rooms mainly category business. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
No, unfurtunately not. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
No, unfortunately not. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
At the time being we have about 20 non-smoking rooms, that means about 50% are non-smoking rooms!! - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
Yes, in every room there is a small TV, you can see the main International channels. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
Yes, there are telephones in every room, you can have direct dialling if reception desk open this telephone for you. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
No, unfortunately not. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
Yes, you will have possibility in our Internet room, at the moment free of charge, but in near future there will be other possibilities with small charge! - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
No, unfortunately not. - Is parking or garage available?
Parking space available free of charge. - Where can we rent a car?
We can manage this for you, just ask the reception desk. - Which is the nearest airport?
The nearest airport is Vienna International Airport, at approximately 25 km distance. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
Yes, we do have a special pickup with separate charge,to pay directly to the driver. Please inform us at your reservation and we will organize. - Which is the nearest railway station?
Westbahnhof (3 km). - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
Yes, there is a very small fitness area, but no Sauna,no Jacuzzi, no Turkish bath etc only fitness equipment. - Are pets welcome?
It depends on how big they are ..... normally ONLY small pets. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
Yes, there is a separate restaurant in the property, open daily Monday to Friday, closed on Sundays and Holidays. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
At the time being unfortunately is not possible, but we are working on this matter!!
