All accommodations, Check In from 11.30am until 10pm, Check Out before 11am. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?

We propose a continental breakfast, and it is included in the price. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, you can. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
German, English. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
There are 6 floors, yes we have an elevator. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
