• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, our buffet breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 6 floors with elevator until the 5th floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all our rooms are very quiet as the hotel is located in a quiet side-street of the pedestrian area a 2 minutes walk from St. Stephens Cathedral.
  Moreover we have special romantic honey-moon rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not provide special non-smoking rooms,
  but we always air all rooms very well.
  
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a cable TV with some international channels in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a direct dialling telephone in all rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We do have an Internet point free of charge.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, parking available. Access to the parking place only from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m..
• Where can we rent a car?
  There are Europcar, Avis, and Hertz car rental companies nearby.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Vienna-Schwechat airport (20 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we can arrange a shuttle service upon request.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Wien-Mitte railway station (0.8 km).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not but there are many dining facilities nearby.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can't.
