Hotel Zipser was an extremely comfortable hotel and staff, who spoke excellent English, were always available.

We required a very early check out and reception ensured that breakfast was avaailable and informed us immediately our Cat-Car driver arrived to collect us.

Perhaps you could include the fact that there is a 24 hour reception service and all reception staff have a good standard of English. The internet service includes printing which is useful for printing out on-line booking in boarding cards.

Instructions clear up until arrival at Rathaus station. It was not clear from exiting which direction to take to the hotel. Perhaps stating that the upon exiting Rathaus station you should look behind you for the street heading for the Zipser. We had to ask for directions but once we found the street it was fairly easy.

The room was a little tight for 3 people (2 adults and one child)the bathroom being a little small as well. However on our second return (after one day absence) we were offered a better and bigger room with a much more spacious bathroom. This was ideal.

Just the directions from Rathaus look behind you when exiting so that you see the street name straight away.

A cosy quiet hotel not too far from everything. We walked most of the time and the metro being so close was a bonus as well.

exellent breakfast for a 3star hotel.
i/we would stay again in the zipser hotel when in vienna.

Taxi driver knew where the hotel was so I didn't need directions.

Comfortable and clean. Bathroom bigger than sleeping areas which was a bit cramped. Could hear person in next room snoring at night. Still for my purposes the room was adequate and I had not trouble sleeping. The bed was comfortable.
