• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Our breakfast buffet with warm and cold meals is included in the room rate.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You can settle your bill at any time you want.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  German, English, French, Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The Hotel has 4 floors. You can reach every floor with our lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our superieur double rooms are very quiet. They are facing a beautiful garden, and some of them have a balcony too.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of the superieur double rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Non smoking rooms are available, but must be on request.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  We offer cable-TV with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  We offer a direct dialling phone in each room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  We do not offer rooms with air conditioning.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  An Internet point is available in the lobby.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  We do not offer a swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking is available, either in the house (only on request) or in the near situated Astoria Garage for an extra fee.
• Where can we rent a car?
  The nearest car rental is at about 15 min. from the Hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest Airport is VIE-Airport Schwechat.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Airport transfers can be arranged.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is the Westbahnhof.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small pets are allowed only in the room.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  In the property there is no restaurant.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Not at the moment.
