• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room, per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Full buffet breakfast (hot and cold) is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You can settle the bill, whenever you want.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  German, English, Italian, Mandarin and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 5 floors and we do have 2 lifts.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are. As our hotel is 300 years old, each room has its own individual touch.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not have.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, some do have.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do, because there is a complimentary business centre in the lobby.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, a secure parking is available close by at an extra charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We can help you at the reception.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Vienna international airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do have and it is available upon request.
