Extremely helpful and obliging

I assumed that there would be a phone in the apartment. However the staff allowed us to use a phone in another room that was vacant. It was useful being able to acces the internet from the reception area at most times (even though the computer's space bar did not work!)

The location is really great - being so close to the Neubau underground station. And Mariahilfe Strasse is a wonderful street to be so close to (especially if you like shops!)

I wasn't expected to find such a nice place, conditions and also such a competent stuff.

it was more then I expected.

the staff was very polite asking us about our train departure, so we let our luggagis in a corner.

i was very surprised that all was so cleaned. for me it is very important to stay in a friendly and cleaned enviroment.

If you want to visit Viena it will be the best choice Hotel Continental.

Despite the location on a busy thoroughfare, the room was nice and quiet.

Taxi rank right outsie the door.
Approximately 35 euros to/from airport.
About 10 minutes walk to city centre.

Great! Really confortable, staff very helpful with information on tours, and will make tour bookings.
We'll gop back on our next visit to Vienna.

Apartement that we stay in is not in the same building as the reception so if you want to eat breakfest you have to go to that building as well.

Nice place in tha middle of Vienna with very good access to underground.

There is no space to park (legally) in front of the hotel, so this makes checking in and out difficult. We almost got a ticket when we parked in the taxi zone for a few minutes when we left. Some instructions on how to park temporarily would have been useful.
