• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 11am, Check Out before 1pm.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  A buffet breakfast is included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as well as on departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We have a multilingual staff.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 4 in the building and we are on the first and second floor. There is an elevator in the building.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms are quiet, private and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Some of our rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, all rooms dispose of satellite Tv.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is air conditioning in some rooms with no extra charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, free of charge.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, not included in the room rate. Please ask the reception desk for information.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Please ask the reception desk.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Schwechat Vienna International Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Please ask the reception desk for information.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Westbahnhof.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, it is possible. The connection is not included in the room rate.
