The staff at the Hotel Pension Arenberg were so helpful. They gave us wonderful restaurant recommendations, as well as maps and directions to just about anything we needed. The location was perfect, as there was a tram stop right outside the hotel. They helped us to buy medicine when my husband came down with a cold, AND they checked up on him a couple of days later! Everyone was absolutely wonderful.

The Hotel Pension Arenberg was the perfect place for us to spend our honeymoon. It was quiet, the staff was very friendly, and even remembered details about the guests. When my husband got sick, they helped me get to a pharmacy to buy medicine, and even checked up on him a couple of days later! The rooms are nice and quiet, and the location is perfect, being right by a tram stop. I would definitely recommend this quaint hotel to those wanting to see Vienna and not go broke!

The entrance to the hotel is quite striking. Via a small elevator from a bare and echoing entrance lobby, you reach the second floor, enter the hotel and it's like stepping into another world. Warm, cosy, soft lighting. Extremely comfortable hotel and staff for whom nothing was too much trouble. I really liked it, and will happily stay there again.
