| Cancellation Policy | |
If you have to cancel your reservation please inform us at your earliest convenience. In case of short term cancellation it is not possible to accept your cancellation free of charge. Please cancel 30 days prior arrival otherwise we will charge you for the first night of your stay. The reservations from 27.12.2009 to 03.01.2010 can only be canceled for free 4 weeks prior arrival. After that full payment.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 720 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
