• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is per room/day, taxes are included.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included: it is a small buffet style, with fruits, assorted marmalade, ham, cheeses, assorted spreads, honey, orange juice, muesli, bread, rolls and butter.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, of course. Payment is cash only.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  German, English, Polish, a little French and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 4 floors and yes, an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We offer a number of individually decorated canopy bedrooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  We have satellite TV and channels in German, French, English
  and Italian in every room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Not in the Hotel yet. But there are some Internet points in
  the neighborhood.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Not in the Hotel. But there is an Olympic-size indoor pool
  at Stadthalle, 10 minutes from the Hotel, the bus stop is in front of the Hotel.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes. We provide Hotel parking tickets for parking in the streets or tickets for a garage at 40 meters from the Hotel.
  In general, the entire center of Vienna is a limited parking zone, except Saturday/Sunday.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the airport or just call one of the many rental companies
  by phone, we are glad to assist you.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Wien-Schwechat, Vienna international airport, at about 15 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes. If you supply your flight number and arrival date, we arrange the pick up from the arrival hall by C&K airport taxi.
  The cost is appr. eur 27.- at the time being and might change.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Westbahnhof (West Train Station) is the nearest.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No. But a Gym is right round the corner.
• Are pets welcome?
  Sorry, no.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No. But we are surrounded by a large number of restaurants
  of all styles within a few minutes walking.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Not yet.
