    All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.

    The price is per room.

    Breakfast buffet is included in the room rate.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    No, upon departure only.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    German, English, Spanish, French, Czech, Slovene, Philippine.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There are 4 floors and we do have a lift.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    There are quiet and private rooms.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    No, they do not have.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    No, they do not have.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Yes, we do have non smoking rooms, please make a special note upon reservation.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
    There is a satellite TV with news and movie channels and
    Pay-TV.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    There is ISDN telephone with voice mail and analog modem ports (RJ11).
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    No, there is not.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    Wireless LAN is available in all public areas.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    There is not a swimming pool.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Private garage available at charge.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    The reception can help you.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    The nearest airport is VIE-Airport Schwechat at 28 km.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    We do have a pick up service from the airport: please send your request (where and exact time of arrival) to our concierge.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    West Railway Station (Westbahnhof).
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, there is not.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Pets are welcome at charge.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    There is our restaurant Miro, open daily from 6.30a.m. serving breakfast.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    You can: dataport access RJ11 available on telephones.
