Reservations can be cancelled one day prior to arrival (6.00 pm local time) without charges. Cancellations made after will be charged for the first nights stay. For New Years period (DEC2-JAN03): Please note, if cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 03.-05.03.2012 and 20-24.03.2012:free of charge until 14 days before arrival, after 100% will be charged.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 24 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
