We arrived earlier than expected from Bratislava, and the receptionist was very helpful in letting us have one room of our two rooms prior to check-in time, so my husband could rest. This was much appreciated.

All four of us loved the hotel. My sister, who is a travel agent in the U.S., said she will now book all her Vienna clients into this hotel. Our son-in-law, who lives in Milan, frequently visits Vienna on business and stays in 5 star hotels. After spending time with us at the Beethoven, however, he said he will also now stay with you. Our only small complaint is that the bathroom is 206 was very, very small! Breakfast is lovely.
