  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  A buffet breakfast is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Italian, German and little of French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are four floors and we do have a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  There are quiet and romantic rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not have.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not have.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, satellite/cable television is available.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, in half of our rooms, there is air conditioning.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do have.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Garage is available at an extra charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We can help you.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Vienna airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not have a private transfer, but we can book a taxi service at an extra charge, upon reservation.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Westbahnhof and Suedbahnhof.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not, but there is one two minutes walking from the hotel.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can, high speed connection is available in the rooms, if you have your own laptop.
