Overall our stay was very comfortable and the staff were helpful in arranging daytrips.
No mention was made on your website of air conditioning in the rooms and we were pleasantly surprised to find an air conditioning unit situated above the door.
Buffet breakfasts were very good and breakfast staff most helpful.
Would certainly revisit Hotel Alpha.

Had to wait for an hour or so for the room to be ready but bags were secured in a locked room and the receptionist separately secured my wife's handbag.

Hotel allowed late check out at 5 Euros extra per hour - very important to Australian visitors as our flight departed Vienna at 11:30 pm for an approximately 26-hour journey home.

Comfortable, clean, very good breakfast, close to the cente of Vienna, close to an underground station ('Rathaus), close to a very good restaurant, close to an old Viennese coffee house, and close to Mariahilferstrasse, the main shopping street of Vienna.

ein aussergewöhnliches Frühstücksbuffet, sehr reichhaltig und frisch. Super.
Wie in den meisten andern Hotels ist die Abstellfläche in Bad/Douche immer zu klein. Das Licht beim Badezimmerspiegel ist falsch placiert. Für Damen zum Schminken nicht geeignet. Schade.

Proximity to the underground and closest underground stop (Rathus) would be beneficial because Hotel Alpha is so close to the underground, which made it a definite plus.
