All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before midday. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?

Our Buffet-Style-Breakfast is included in the daily room rate. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, you may settle the bill on arrival. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
German, English, Italien, Dutch, French. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
The building has 3 floors with elevator. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Yes, we offer Superior Double or Single rooms and 1 Suite. These rooms are faced to the garden and they are very quiet. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
Some superior rooms have a balcony. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
11 Rooms of our Mansion Hotel have a balcony. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
We have 2 floors only for non smokers. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
All our rooms offer a satellite - TV with international channels. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
Yes, there is a telephone in the rooms with voice mail. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
Our rooms have no airconditioning. A mobile aircondition can be rent on request for an extra charge. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
We offer free wireless internet in the entire building. In our hotel lobby we also offer for free use a guest labtop. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
No, there is no swimming pool. - Is parking or garage available?
Toll free parking directly at the hotel (street parking), 3 parking lots infront of the hotel for loading and unloading only and for free parking from 20:00 till 08:00 hours, and an underground garage 300 m away from the hotel. - Where can we rent a car?
You may rent a car at the reception's desk. - Which is the nearest airport?
Vienna International Airport is the nearest airport. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
Yes, we do such service as well as minibuses shuttle with driver can be booked for an extra charge. If you want to book the service, please forward all flight details: Airport of departure, Airline, Time of Arrival, Flight number. - Which is the nearest railway station?
Vienna Westbahnhof is the closest railway station. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No, there is no fitness center in the property. - Are pets welcome?
Yes, but bookings on request only. Only possible for small dogs. No cats and other animals. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
Not in our hotel, but in 5 minutes walking distance there are are several restaurants. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
We only have wireless LAN in the hotel rooms and all over the building.
