• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices are per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Buffet breakfst is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes you may settle the bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  German, English, Hungarian, Thai, Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has 3 Floors and we have an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The rooms are simply decorated and comfortable.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No the rooms do not have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No the rooms do not have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes we have non smoking rooms on request.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes colour tv is supplied in every room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes there is a direct dial telephone from all the rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No there is no air conditionning in the rooms.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No there is no internet point in the hotel.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No there is no swimming pool in the hotel.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No there is no parking facility.
• Where can we rent a car?
  The reception can help you with renting a car.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Vienna international is the closest aiport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We do not have a pick up service, but we would be more than happy to arrange you a taxi. Please contact the reception.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Westbahnhof is the nearest railway station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No there is no fitness center in the property.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small pets only are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No there is no restaurant in the hotel but many of them nearby.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No there is no WIFI connection from the rooms.
