| Cancellation Policy | |
A deposit of 10% of the total cost of the stay will be charged from the credit card on the day of the booking. Cancellations prior to 1 week before chek/in date are free of charge and the deposit will be refunded. In case of cancellations before 72h of check/in date the 10%-deposit will not be refunded. Cancellations within 72h of check/in date will be charged cost of first room night. A No-Show will be charged total cost of stay.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 168 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |

Check-in: the rooms are available at anytime from 2 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than noon.
Please note: Minimum check-in age is 18.
The hotel reception is open from 7.30 a.m. until 9 p.m. during the week, and from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m. at the week-end. Please contact hotel in case of late or early arrival. You will be provided a 5 digit entrance code. |
