There was no phone number published. We had to do everything online and needed to call ahead. If we had known, it would have been cheaper to have paid cash.

The vouchers we received for parking were very useful. With them, we parked our car in a nearby garage for 10 euros for 3 days!

The apartment for 5 persons that is my parents, myself and my 2 children was an ideal accomodation. It was recommended by the management instead of 2 separate rooms. The apt was also very private and quiet. Being walking distance from everything including subway and museums, it made our stay in Vienna very comfortable. I will recommend this network and Pension to my friends. Thankyou

I would specify that the guest house is secluded though on a major street, and the entrance is common to other residential apts.

We had a very pleasant stay; the breakfast was very good; the staff were great and very helpful; the rooms were very clean and comfortable; it is very well located as it is close to a supermarket and the main train station; overall we had a fantastic stay

I WOULD CAUTION VISITORS THAT THE STREET NOISE IS VERY INTENSE IN THE EVENING AND NIGHT. VERY DIFFICULT TO GET A GOOD NIGHTS SLEEP BECAUSE OF THE STREET NOISE.

Great location. The directions were perfect. The only trouble we had was when we tried to catch the bus at the station. It turns out that you have to CROSS THE STREET to take it. You can't take it in FRONT of the station. We spoke no German, so that was the only minor snag. After we took it, perfect!

Great location, great service, great breakfast. The room was a little dark and depressing, the curtain and comforter could use updating and cleaning. It's a great hotel and we would consider staying there again but only if the rooms were brighter, more inviting and the curtains, comforter and carpet were cleaner.

Very busy street. Both good and bad. Very noisy at night and the curtains don't completely cover the windows, making it very bright. Bring your eye shades and ear plugs. The breakfast included is a great value and a great way to start your day.

We got lost, but that was probably our fault. Also, it is difficult to find parking and a place to unload baggage at this hotel, because the street is so busy and the hotel itself is on the second floor with no downstairs lobby.

We enjoyed our stay quite a bit. The hotel is in a great location.
