| Cancellation Policy | |
Cancellation policies: Up to one month before the stipulated day cancellation is possible free of charge. Up to 29 days before the stipulated day of arrival we charge 30% of the agreed reservation sum. Up to 10 days before the stipulated day of arrival we charge 50% of the agreed reservation sum. Up to 3 days before the stipulated day of arrival or no show without cancellation or early check-out we charge 90% of the agreed reservation sum.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 720 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
