 The Pension Brigitta is a modest but comfortable Hotel, where you can have the main facilities for a good price. Every morning we provide a small buffet breakfast and there are parking possibilities upon request. The reception is open only during the morning, but the sister Hotel Bleckmann is at your disposal for any request, and will be glad to help you with any kind of services, like shuttle pick up directly to the Pension Brigitta, and car rentals. Reception 7-11:00. Check in is possible 24 hours by using our key-safe. There is a free of charge telephone connection to our head office reception of Hotel Bleckmann between 7.15 a.m. and 9 p.m. in order to answer any questions that might occur after reception hours. |
| The Pension Brigitta is situated in a residential and shopping area, close to Franz Josef Bahnhof and with good public transport facilities near to the city centre. Tram 31 connects directly to Schottenring _ 5 stops/8 minutes. From here the whole of the city centre as well as the most beautiful part of the historical Old Town (between Schottenring and the State Opera) is within easy walking distance. Not only the city centre but also The Western Railway Station (Westbahnhof), The General Hospital (AKH _ Allgemeines Krankenhaus), the recreational Danube Island are easily accessible on the U6 from Jäger Straße (4 minute walk). Schönbrunn Palace (Schloß Schönbrunn), Theater an der Wien, the State Opera (Staatsoper) are also within easy reach from Friedensbrücke on the U4 (5-6 minute walk to the nearest stop: Friedensbruche). |
