I was extremely happy with the accommodations, and the staff was polite, helpful, and very friendly. My only regret is that I did not discover the Hotel Bleckmann years ago.

The only thing I would have liked is facilities in the room for making coffee.
The hotel was in an ideal position for the city centre we were very happy with our stay

No problem about leaving suitcases until our departure. Taxi ordered and arrived 10 mins early. A little more expensive than the one we arrived in but worth it to save any problems

The only negative is lacking coffee/tea facilities in room especially as on a sunday coffee shops in the area were closed

The staff that welcomed us was very polite and helpful and helped us with our luggage and itinery.

The photos of the room appeared larger on the website. They listed that they had an elevator but in fact that only worked from the 1st floor - you still had to manage with your luggage from the ground floor to the 1st floor and for breakfast as the dinning room is in a separate part from accommodation on the 1st floor (more stairs). Breakfast is very basic. Location was very good and close to transport, shops and restaurants.
Hotel is in a very old building and this obviously restricts what modifications can be made to modernise.

Staff were great and organised our transport to the airport. No complaints what so ever about staff - they were fantastic.

Lift not available from ground floor - not suitable for people with disabilities.

It was good for the money and close to main attractions or transport - Vienna is expensive and this was good for the money.

We called hotel from train station and they gave us accurate directions to take local train and then tram. It was very easy to reach hotel.

Breakfast was very good. Bath room and toilet was small as it is all over Europe.
