Profile

Surrounding the property, you will find many of the places that were part of Sigmund Freud`s life, from the house he inhabited between 1891 and 1938 to the cafeteria "Landtmann", now a favourite among artists and public people like journalists and politicians. However, there is much more to see at the 9th Vienesse district: the Strudlhofstiege, an outdoor staircase built in 1910 which inspired a famous novel by Heimato von Doderer, is just the beginning of the attractions in the Alsergrund neighbourhood.

ARCOTEL Boltzmann comprises 70 guestrooms provided with every comfort and designed in modern style, with a prevalence of bright colours and simple lines. The building where the 7-storey hotel works was built in 1970 and has been a lodging since march 1999. Back then a complete renovation was carried out, though other works took place later, like the breakfast room in august 2006.

The heart of Vienna with its
many historical sites stands only 10 minutes on foot from the property. Otherwise, trams go by near the hotel to get you wherever you need to go or get you close to the underground network.
